1.Products which you have received is damaged/defective/broken condition.

2. Products not as per description/photo on the website.

3. Exchange option is not available.

4. Custom stitched products cannot be returned.

·        Final decision stays with the management whether the return should be accepted or not.

 Once the product is used we can not ascertain the durability since the usage of the product varied based on the individual.

2.      Product images are professionally clicked due to which sometimes the color of the actual product might vary a little from the image.
